Contact Management - Export Consultant Details

You can export the consultants’ details to use in other applications. AkkenCloud allows you to export the data in a CSV (comma separated value) format which can then be imported in to other application comfortably.

The following steps need to be followed to export the consultant details.

1. Before beginning make sure that you have selected “Consultants” in Show field of Contact Management screen. Result: The Consultants screen is displayed.
2. Select the consultant and click on the ‘Export’ link to export the consultant details. Result: The File download dialogue box is displayed.

1. Click on the ‘Save’ button and specify the location to save the CSV file on your computer in the File download dialogue box.
2. Click on the ‘Open’ button to open the CSV file.
3. Click on the ‘Cancel’ link to cancel the exporting of consultants details.
