How do I set up templates in my email?

You can use 'Email Signatures' to create your different email templates
  • Collaboration – Email – Options

        


  • Signature - Manage Signature


         


  • Click on New Signature or you can also update an existing signature template by clicking on Edit


         

  • In the Name text box type in the name you wish to you use to recognize the template, i.e. New Candidate Lead
  • Create the template within the blank text box below (images/logos can also be added) and click save when finished.  


          


  • Within the signature page you can add different signature templates that you can customize on a per need basis
